for a short period of time; for an instance if we get attacked, we can escape
or if needed we can defend ourselves and even kill to survive. This is how strong the
energy behind the healthy stress is.
When we get affected by the healthy stress we can react. We can perform our best at the client meeting. We can score the goal at the football match and we can get an A at the exam.
When we keep performing with no break because of a constant pressure at work and in some cases also having to balance the work and private life then we get affected by the unhealthy and permanent stress.
