If a company has managed to establish a successful business, then the management is obviously doing things well. However, in time there will be moments where the wheel get stuck and the management could benefit from having a third person to bounce ideas on.
Often there is a vision for the company and based on that vision the management has created a strategy, a plan of action. The strategy just needs to get implemented and here comes the challenge because it is not always that simple. There is a lack of action. Is it people that prevent the strategy plans in getting implemented? Unintentionally some of the employees disrupt the process. Implementing a new initiative means changing things. When the employees face changes, they often feel anxious and worried about the unknown.
At times it can also be that the management ideas do not seem feasible from the employees' standpoint. Frequently, the way an organization is actually behaving is far from its supposedly fundamental values. Treating this culture as something woolly does not help a strategy implementation.
My approach is human centred and some of the keywords in my working methods are respect, trust, transparent, reliable, and inclusion.
The objective is to support the company to reach its goal.
